Live Coaching service

Our live Coaching service is available from 8am to 8pm weekdays. This allows you to talk to an eMentor in real time – it’s a bit like MSN or a private chatroom. No appointment is necessary and the Coaches will help you for as little or as long as it takes. What’s more, a record of your ‘conversation’ with the eMentor will be saved for you so you can refer back to it at any time. Click on the ‘live eMentor’ button to see an example.

You can send a message to the Coaches at anytime and you will get an individual response from a real person within 24 hours*.

Our team of Coaches

Our team of Coaches consists of an experienced, talented and professional group of people who combine their skills and expertise to provide a dedicated and unique service. They give support, help and guidance in your learning and revision through an online environment.

Coaches can help you with specific Maths challenges and problems, but they can also support you on a whole range of other issues which may be getting in the way of your learning. By helping you overcome these challenges, the Coaches enable you get the most out of your learning, identify where you need to focus your revision and help you get the best exam results.

Our Coaches come from a variety of backgrounds including teaching, home tutoring, technology-based positions and other projects working with students. They have the experience to understand the kind of issues students have to deal with on a daily basis in their school, home and social life. The eMentor team has a passionate commitment to improving the lives and learning experience of students.

The Coaches will tailor their support to the way that’s best for you – working through problems one on one, or directing you to interactive resources, online discussions or challenges – all within an online learning environment that will complement and support your classroom learning.

The Coaches also monitor the MathsZone to make sure it’s safe.
